A little about Michelle

I’ve cared for dogs for over 19 years, both personally and as a foster parent with Boston Terrier Rescue of NC. I spent about seven years helping with events before fostering for two years, and eventually adopted my own “foster fail.” During that time, I also volunteered with a professional trainer, assisting with group training classes, which helped me gain a deeper understanding of basic training and canine body language.

I left the corporate world in November 2025 and never looked back! I started out pet sitting in the Wake County area. After relocating to Charlotte, I continued pet sitting part-time for a local company. Eventually, I realized I wanted something of my own. That’s how Run, Play, WOOF! Pet Care was born.
